Waktu pendaftaran : 1 Januari - 1 Juli 2022

Syarat Pendaftaran :

  1. Membayar biaya pendaftaran Rp. 50.000
  2. Mengisi formulir pendaftaran di Ruang TU
  3. Fc. Ijazah SMP/MTs dilegalisir @5
  4. Pas Photo 3x4 hitam putih @5
  5. Fc. NISN @1
  6. Fc. Kartu Keluarga @1
  7. Fc. PIP/KIP/PKH/sejenisnya @1 jika punya
  8. Fc. KTP orang tua (ayah & ibu) @1
  9. Surat keterangan tidak mampu (SKTM) jika punya

Langkah pendaftaran :

ONLINE

  1. Bayar uang pendaftaran ke no.rekening 7165752068 (BANK SYARIAH INDONESIA) a.n AMIROTUL FADILAH
  2. Kirim bukti atau konfirmasi pembayaran ke Bu Dina 085706559467 atau Bu Anik 085755663081
  3. Buka link pendaftaran berikut  https://forms.gle/WE1u5pDcZMDE2yah9 
  4. Isi data diri peserta didik sesuai akta atau ijazah sebelumnya
  5. Kumpulkan syarat-syarat pendaftaran sebelum tahun ajaran baru dimulai

OFFLINE

  1. Ambil form pendaftaran di Ruang TU SMK Unggulan Al Kamal Kunir.
  2. Isi form pendaftaran secara lengkah dan lampirkan beberapa syarat pendaftaran di atas.
  3. Kumpulkan di ruang TU
  4. Bayar biaya pendaftaran ke Staf TU, tunggu staf memberi bukti pembayaran.
  5. Lalu simpan bukti pembayaran tersebut.
